 Main Structure and Work Principle

The dryer is consisted of hot-blast stove(ready by customer),screw feeder,surge bunker,blower,the pipe of blower and cyclone.The work process is that the air flow is formed through the negative pressure of blower,the materials enter into the pipe of blower by the screw feeder,and the hot wind and materials mix together,then the water content is separated from the materials pass the cyclone,

At last,the materials are dried.

The specific work principle of dryer as follow:

Installation and Adjustment

1.       Installation   

According to the upper sructure chart,the equipment is setted from front to back.In order to affirm the security,it should be added the foundation at the bottom of blower pipe.

2.       Adjustment

(1)    First open the blower and screw feeder,check the operation of them,and examine noise situation.If they are well,please lock them.

(2)    Add the fuel,open the heat source,then lock the materials stuffing door.

(3)    Open the adjusting door of heat source and the adjusting window of air volume,change the heat source and the wind window in terms of the operating condition.If the temperature is much higher,you need to low the heat source,and make the wind window become the most widest,conversely,it’s opposite.

(4)    Open the screw feeder and add the materials,the more or less of materials which is adjusted by the transducer,until reach to the needed moisture of materials.

 Maintenance

1．  All bearing of machine should be lubricated during the cetain period,every bearing must be lubricated according to the description of instruction book.

2．  The inside of stove must be cleared before opening.

3．  If the blower has the static noise or shaking,stop working immediately,then off-load the the blower cover,clear up the adhesion of surface.
